Introduction

With just one bite of one of these piña colada popsicles, you’ll be transported to a tropical paradise. The Pineapple Muuna cottage cheese adds 15g of protein and a deliciously creamy texture to these treats that are perfect for snacking or dessert. We promise you won’t even miss the drink umbrella!

Ingredients

  • 1 Container of 5.3oz. Pineapple Muuna cottage cheese
  • ½ cup Lite coconut milk
  • 1 cup Fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Shredded sweetened coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Fresh lime zest

Instructions

  1. Empty cottage cheese container, coconut milk, pineapple, and sugar into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add shredded coconut and lime zest and stir until combined.
  3. Pour mixture into 4-6 popsicle molds (leaving ½ inch of the top unfilled).
  4. Add popsicle sticks and freeze for two hours.
  5. Run popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds before removing.
  6. Remove from molds and enjoy immediately!
