Ingredients

  • ½ Container of 5.3oz. Lowfat Vanilla Muuna cottage cheese
  • 1 Whole grain waffle, frozen and toasted or homemade
  • ½ Banana, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Walnuts, toasted and chopped

Instructions

  1. Open the container of Muuna cottage cheese and stir.
  2. Spoon ½ the container of Muuna onto the waffle.
  3. Top with banana slices.
  4. Sprinkle waffle with 1 Tbsp. of walnuts. Enjoy!
