Pumpkin & Spice Protein-Packed Latte
It wouldn’t be fall without a Pumpkin & Spice latte and this one has 17g of protein to fuel your autumn adventures! Perfect for an afternoon snack or an on-the-go breakfast, this drink takes only minutes to make and will leave you feeling full and satisfied.
- 1 container of 5.3oz. Pumpkin & Spice Muuna cottage cheese
- ½ cup Brewed coffee, cooled to room temperature
- 1 Tbsp 100% Pure maple syrup (add more if you like a sweeter drink!)
- 1 cup Ice cubes
- Pumpkin pie spice
- In a blender, blend cottage cheese, coffee, maple syrup, and ice cubes until combined.
- Pour into a glass, sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice, and enjoy!
Note: If you have leftover brewed coffee, you can freeze it and use 4-5 cubes in this recipe and omit the ice cubes.
