Vanilla Muuna, Banana, and Walnut Topped Waffle
Top your waffle with ridiculously creamy, protein-packed Vanilla Muuna cottage cheese, sliced bananas, and toasted walnuts. You’ll get a breakfast protein upgrade (11g per serving!) that will fuel your day!
- ½ Container of 5.3oz. Lowfat Vanilla Muuna cottage cheese
- 1 Whole grain waffle, frozen and toasted or homemade
- ½ Banana, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Walnuts, toasted and chopped
- Open the container of Muuna cottage cheese and stir.
- Spoon ½ the container of Muuna onto the waffle.
- Top with banana slices.
- Sprinkle waffle with 1 Tbsp. of walnuts. Enjoy!
